Try to aim for more protein rich foods to FEED THOSE MUSCLES!💪🏼 and try to add some veggies to every meal. You want to have a majority of good hearty meals and still indulge a little. 😆🙌🏼 If you are a sweet lover like me😍 try to look for healthier alternatives or just have the real thing once in a while😉 don’t deprive yourself.

As you get consistent in your workouts, you’ll start to recognize what foods fuel your body and what foods bring on fatigue, the way you recognize this is through your performance throughout your workout. Start to really look at what foods those are for you💕
